Standard support

Subscribers to Basic and Professional plans have access to standard support.

For standard support email us at support@tranxact.app
Please include your organization identifier in the subject of the email. The organization identifer can be obtained from the settings page.

Priority support

Subscribers to the Enterprise plan have access to priority support. To contact us for priority support:

  1. Log into the organization with the Enterprise subscription
  2. Select Support from the side navigation menu
The priority support link will only appear when an organization with Enterprise subscription is selected. If you don't see it then please contact us using Standard support and we will fix it as soon as possible.
