Connecting Shopify accounts

The easiest and recommended way to connect a Shopify account is to add the Tranxact app to your shop from the Shopify App Store.

An organization can have only one Shopify account connected to it at a time.

Connecting a Shopify account to an existing organization

If you have an existing organization and would like to connect a Shopify account to it then follow these steps:

  1. Login to your organization
  2. Select Accounts from the side navigation menu
  3. Under Add account select Shopify
  4. Enter your myshopify.com URL and select Connect Shopify account
  5. Authorize the app if required
If a Shopify account is connected to another organization you will have to disconnect it from the other organization first.
